1. Create Your Account

Objective: Create an account to request home care services.

2. Submit A Care Request

Objective: Create a request to find a home nurse.

3. Track Your Request

Objective: See the status of your care request.

HOW TO:

Possible Statuses

[In progress] - Your request is active

[Arranged] - Care is organized

[Cancelled] - The request has been cancelled

[Completed] - Care is finished

4. Mark A Request As Arranged

Objective: Indicate that you have found a nurse.

When To Do This

HOW TO:

1. Open your current request

2. Press "Mark as arranged" or similar icon

3. Confirm your choice

4. The request changes to "Arranged" status

Why It'S Important

5. Cancel A Request

Objective: Cancel a care request you no longer need.

When To Do This

HOW TO:

1. Open your current request

2. Press "Cancel request" or trash icon

3. Confirm the cancellation

4. The request is deleted (no longer visible to nurses)

WARNING: Cancellation is permanent. If you still need care, you will need to create a new request.

6. Frequently Asked Questions And Solutions

❓I'm not receiving the SMS code
Solution:
  • Verify that you entered the correct number
  • Wait a few minutes (the SMS may take time)
  • Press "Resend code"
  • Check that your phone is not in airplane mode
  • Make sure you have network coverage
❓The message says "account already exists"
Solution:
  • You already have an account with this number
  • Press "Log in" to access your existing account
❓The address is not found
Solution:
  • Check the spelling of the address
  • Add the postal code and city
  • Try a more general address (street name + city)
❓No nurse is contacting me
Solution:
  • Check that your request is in "In progress" status
  • Your geographic area may have few available nurses
  • Make sure your phone number is correct
  • Be patient - nurses regularly check new requests
❓I want to modify my request
Solution:
  • It is not possible to modify an existing request
  • Cancel the current request
  • Create a new request with the correct information
❓The application is not working
Solution:
  • Check your internet connection
  • Close and reopen the application
  • Update the application from the store
  • Restart your phone
  • If the problem persists, contact support
