1. Create Your Professional Account
Objective: Create a nurse account to view and respond to requests.
- On the home screen, select "I'm a caregiver" or "Caregiver"

- Select "Independent nurse"
- (Or "Organization" if you represent a care company)

- Enter your 11-digit INAMI number
- This number is required to practice in Belgium
- It allows verification of your professional status

- Enter your personal information:
- First name (required)
- Last name (required)
- Professional email (required)
- Select the languages you accept:
- French, Dutch, English, German, etc.

- Enter the address of your main workplace
- The system geolocates your position
- You will see requests within a radius around this address
- The initial radius is 3 km (free plan)

- Take a photo or select:
- The FRONT of your ID card
- The BACK of your ID card
- These documents will be verified by our team

- Enter your phone number (+32 by default)
- Receive and enter the 6-digit SMS code

- Your account is created but awaiting validation
- Our team will verify your documents
- You will receive a notification when your account is activated
Important Account Validation
- Your account is initially in "Pending verification" status
- You cannot see requests until the account is validated
- Validation is performed by the care-support team
- Validation generally takes 24 to 48 hours (business days)
- You will be notified by SMS/email when the account is activated
2. View Care Requests
Objective: Find patients who need your services.
PRECONDITION: Your account must be validated (status "active")
HOW TO:
- On the home screen, you see available requests in your area
- Each request displays:
- Type(s) of care requested
- Approximate distance
- Creation date
- Press a request to see details
Request Details
- Required types of care
- Daily frequency
- Address (approximate before contact)
- Patient information (first name, age)
- Languages spoken by the patient
Filter Requests
- Use filters to refine your search:
- By type of care
- By distance
- By language
3. Contact A Patient
Objective: Call a patient to offer your services.
Preconditions
- Your account is active
- You have an active plan OR available credits
HOW TO:
1. Open a request that interests you
2. Press the "Call" or "Contact" button
3. The call is made to the contact person's number
4. Introduce yourself and offer your services
- The call uses your credits or plan
- The contact number may be the patient's or a relative's
- Be professional and courteous
After The Call
- If the patient accepts your services -> Mark the request as "arranged"
- If the patient declines -> The request remains available to others
4. Mark A Request As Arranged
Objective: Indicate that you have taken charge of a request.
When To Do This
- After contacting the patient
- When you agree to provide the care
HOW TO:
1. Open the request you have arranged
2. Press "Mark as arranged" or similar button
3. Confirm your choice
What Happens
- The request appears in your "Arranged requests" list
- You keep access to the patient's contact details
- The patient can see that a nurse has arranged
5. Manage Your Arranged Requests
Objective: Track the patients you are taking care of.
Access Your Requests
- Go to the "My requests" or "Arranged" tab
- You see all the requests you have arranged
Cancel An Arrangement
If you can no longer provide the care:
1. Open the arranged request
2. Press "Cancel arrangement"
3. The request becomes available again to other nurses
Complete A Care
When care is finished:
- The request can be archived
- It appears in your history

Current Test Period
The application is currently FREE during the test period.
You can use all features at no cost.
After The Test Period
An annual subscription will be offered. Pricing details will be
communicated before the end of the test period.
Available Features
- Activity radius: 3 km around your address (basic plan)
- View care requests in your area
- Contact patients
- Manage your arranged requests
View Your Balance
- Go to settings or your profile
- Your credit count is displayed (if applicable)
Future Paid Plans
- Extended activity radius
- More credits to contact patients
- Advanced features
7. Frequently Asked Questions And Solutions
- Your account is not yet validated (pending verification)
- There are no requests in your area
- Your activity area is too small
- Wait for your account validation
- Expand your activity area (paid plan)
- Verify your workplace address
- Verification by the care-support team takes 24 to 48 hours (business days)
- Verify that your documents are readable
- Contact support if the wait exceeds 48 hours
- Unreadable or incorrect documents
- Invalid INAMI number
- Incomplete information
- Contact support to understand the rejection
- Correct the issues and resubmit
- Purchase a plan or additional credits
- Wait for your plan renewal (if applicable)
- Try calling at different times
- Verify you are calling the correct number
- The request may be old - the patient may have found a solution
- Go to your profile settings
- Modify your work address
- The area will be recalculated automatically
